Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Handler Systems LLC (“Handler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or by opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
SMS consent
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Handler (Handler Systems LLC) about scheduling, reminders, and dog-training questions. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your consent is given only by you, is not pre-checked, and is not bundled with any other agreement.
Message frequency
Our messaging is conversational and low volume. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, scheduling and reminder messages).
Opting out (STOP) and help (HELP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. If you want to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.
For help, reply HELP to any message or reach us through our contact page.
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text or data plan.
Prohibited content (SHAFT)
Our SMS program is used only for legitimate, permitted communications. We do not send, and we prohibit the use of our messaging for, content related to SHAFT — Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, or Tobacco — or any other unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
Dog-training disclaimer
Handler provides general dog-training information, scheduling, and reminders. Any training-related guidance is for general informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of any specific behavioral result. Dog training results vary based on the individual dog, owner consistency, and other factors. Handler is not a substitute for in-person professional, veterinary, or behavioral evaluation, and you are responsible for the safety and supervision of your dog at all times. If your dog shows signs of aggression, severe anxiety, or a medical issue, consult a qualified professional or veterinarian.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
